      From January to November, there were 13224 enterprises above designated size in the clothing industry, with a total operating income of 1307.7 billion yuan, down 3.3% year on year; The total profit was 65.8 billion yuan, down 7.4% year on year; The profit margin was 5.0%, basically the same as last year; The loss area of the industry was 20.6%, down 0.2 percentage points year on year. The clothing output was 21.2 billion pieces, down 3.4% year on year. The average number of workers employed in the industry was 2320000, down 6.8% from the same period last year.

      From January to November, the export of clothing and clothing accessories reached US $160.5 billion, up 4.2% year on year, and the export of clothing reached US $141.8 billion, up 7.7% year on year.
